Disappointed

Bought this product on the 27 June 2024 at Makro Wonderboom for R4999.00. A complete disappointment. This product should be recalled and discontinued. The temperature cannot be adjusted as desired. The water gets too hot even when adjusted to minimum, and thereafter gets cold and does not warm up.

My 16lt Alva heater is not heating up the water at the moment.

New gas cylinder and batteries installed - gas from cylinder flowing, sparking but no ignition

Please help?

Before it worked brilliantly and I love the geyser, but I need my hot water back - am living on a farm in the Drakensberg mountains
