I recently purchased the ALVA 90cm 5-Burner Gas Hob with Glass Top and have been impressed with its packaging and build quality. The packaging was outstanding and ensured that the product arrived in perfect condition. Upon unboxing, I was immediately impressed with the solid and sturdy construction of the burner grids.
The black glass top is a great addition and gives the hob a stylish look that adds to the overall aesthetic appeal of my kitchen. The hob has five burners, which is plenty for my needs, and they have all been working well so far.
However, I do have a couple of minor gripes with the product. Firstly, the mount for the burner grids is not the best, and I feel that it could be improved to provide better stability. Secondly, I found the knobs to be slightly oversized for the spacing, which can make it a bit tricky to operate them.
Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that I haven't had the hob for long enough to fully assess its ability. However, based on my initial experience, I believe that this hob is a great value for the price, and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a high-quality gas hob.
