Great little hob, just know that this 2 burner version will not accommodate a pan and medium pot together without them touching each other, you have to move them off the centre of the burners and even small pans may hit your kitchen backsplash depending on how deep your counters are when this hob is installed. If you can live with the cramp then go ahead. Fake chrome plastic knobs are a bit cheap feeling. Be careful of polystyrene clogging the gas inlet under the hob when you remove it from its packaging.

This is a very nice elegant stove. It can stand sturdily on your counter if you don't want to build it in. I've had no difficulties with it. I bought it for the wok burner. The only issue I have is that there is surprisingly little space on the side of the burners. The ordinary one is close to the buttons and the wok one is about a cm from the side. My wok stands on it fine, but only barely, and only because the wok has a narrow base on which it stands. If it were wider on the sides I might have felt a bit more comfortable. You obviously can't have a pot (even a small one) next to the wok at the same time and it might be the same for a large pot. Two ordinary pots do fit next to each other, but the wok burner is hot so it adds additional heat to the small pot on the ordinary burner. Overall, however, I am happy with my purchase because I don't think there are wider 2-burners available and this one is definitely good looking for the price. The fact that it lights with a battery is also useful so you don't have to go find the matches during loadshedding. Just remember to buy a battery.
