Blanket not working Rt side

Bought the blanket in 24th July 2024. Mid August Rt side not working. Took blanket back to the store where I bought it, feedback from company, will not replace blanket as did not use the cords , the blanket was used at the bottom of the bed, so would like to know what the cords have to do with the switch. Very unhappy. Rating 0
