3 position electric blanket spare switch.

I have now received two controllers delivered which is the mirror image of each other which don't fit the electric blanket fitting side. I keep getting a thicker box fitting. Mine is the thinner attachment. this despite telephonically explaining to Ashruden who understood and said he would communicate to yourselves.
I am extremely frustrated given the time line and that I now sit with two packaged boxed controllers for upliftment that are incorrect.
Please advise if you have the correct one or not. shouykld youy not be able to assist kindly reimburse me so that i can utiulize the monies to purchase a new one outright. Thank you in advance. Regards Robin Victor Williams 083 843 7652.
