Procedure:
Purchase the voucher --> Bring the product to our Service Department.
We will assess the unit and update you on the status of the repair.
(Allow 5 working days)

Any further labour and/or parts may be billed separately
Valid for one year from date of purchase

Service Department Hours:
Vouchers are only redeemable from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 09:00 and 15:00

Repair of Alva heater

Had some initial problems getting original invoice and then had to follow up as no one contacted me. So final repair was great but getting admin attention wasn't very efficient.
