I am happy about the product and delivery was right on time it took i think 7 days for arrival and it arrived safe and well packaged

Wondeful to be able to buy the glass separately

Alva has been absolutely wonderful in their customer care. I was informed via email when the stock arrived (after my initial request +-2 months prior). The only con would be the delivery but this was done via a third party courier company. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed and one is not able to contact the courier or make arrangements. The staff at Alva was helpful and tried their best to follow-up and escalate the delivery. It was by chance that someone was home when they eventually did arrive.
