Ignition pilot is not steady once igniting

I bought an ALVA CIRCULAR GLASS TUBE GAS PATIO HEATER - 1.83M - MEDIUM in 2021. This will be the 3rd time using it during the winter time. Last year wnter Ive noticed my ignition pilot switch when (turns on) ignites the gas but switch is not steady to keep the flame going. This year June 2023 I took to the place where I bought it from and they submit a claim on my behalf to Alva.The response from alva its only carry a one year warranty. My view on this you only use thus item during winter time and you Pay in the thousands of Rands for this item to last for years and only carry a one year warranty. Now I need to pay for a service fee to get to them in Woodmead.JHB. Question!! On what transport.ive done a few research on this item.Its states that this is a common problem on this type of heaters.Well if it's a common problem why not fixed it once and for all.

Great product, money well spent

Well constructed, easy to assemble and super effective. These gas heaters are not only great at heating up our outside seating area, but the visual effect of the flame creates a lovely soothing atmosphere. Very happy with our purchase.
Be warned, gas consumption is quite high, but you don’t necessarily need to run at highest setting.
