Our patented Rear Grease Management System makes it easy to manage the grease, but our liners make disposal mess-free. Place the liner in the grease cup before you start cooking and, once you are done, push the excess oil and scraps of food to the rear grease opening at the back of the griddle. The liner will catch all the mess easily. Once the liner is full, simply discard it and replace it with a fresh one to make cleanup a breeze.
