Inferior Quality Product

Besides for the product being of inferior quality, upon receipt, out of the packaging 1 of the 2 single bed units were found faulty and not working. We had to return both.
Returned product, awaiting course of action.
Will definitely not recommend this product.
Expecting a refund as I definitely do not want a replacement.
