Burner replacement

Both my burners are rusty and have holes were can i get replacements?

Worst stainless steel gas stove

The stove is not worked off correctly to ensure that there are no short or protruding objects/ pieces, I nearly cut myself when I installed the gas pipes on it. Flimzy stove being light weight, but it wont last long with that poor quality structure
