I did respond to your first feedback, and said we were not happy

Product does not work, the product is not new had been opened several time even the packing foam was missing just about 3 small broken foams inside to hold the product, it does make sense why their took so long to deliver and change dates for delivery to a Friday I cannot call for this nonsensical, has dust, dents and scratches on it. Worse of it all the thing does not work at all. I had so much hope with Alva. I am extremely angry about this.
