TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Instructions for use
• 1. Apply the indicator: Place only on bottom half of cylinder - under the seam and out of direct sunlight
• 2. Open the valve. Indicator only works when the gas is on
• 3. Wait 2-5 minutes
• 4. Read the indicator level
• (a) When it shows FULL the gas level is above the indicator and no level is shown
• (b) When gas level falls within the range of the indicator the colour will change at least one of the bars
• (c) If more than one bar changes, the gas level is indicated at the leftmost bar
• 5. When the level reaches the bottom it is time to refill your cylinder

• IN WINTER THE BARS ON THE LEFT WILL BE ACTIVE AND IN SUMMER THE BARS ON THE RIGHT WILL BE ACTIVE,
• INDICATOR IS ACTIVE ONLY WHEN THE GAS REACHES THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE GAS CYLINDER

How does it work?

I have purchased the indicator but the colour shows the same whether gas is open or not in the 4th column from the left. It is blue all the way down (vertical). I am confused what I must look for. Please tell me how it works and what I must look for. Thanks

Best tool to have especially as a first time gas user, this product comes in handy

Not sure if it works

It is a bit too big for my Alva 4.5kg gas bottle and doesn't fit flush on the surface, which might be a reason it doesn't seem to be very accurate. The gas needs to be on and in use for about 5 minutes before the indicator shows.
