RECIPE: World Vegetarian Day - skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 Block Halloumi (+-200g)
  • 6 Baby Marrows
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 small Pineapple
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • Punnet Baby Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Chop the vegetables and Halloumi into chunks and push onto skewers. Drizzle with some Olive Oil, season with some sea salt and herbs or spice of choice.
    Braai until cooked – enjoy!
